Mortgage Operations Specialist

Bank Of The Plains is seeking a Mortgage Operations Specialist at our Salina, KS location. This position will be responsible for processing mortgage loan documentation from application to closing phase to ensure that the bank is compliant with all investors, regulatory, and bank policies. Prepares loan documentation for Consumer Real Estate loans, including HELOCs, 2nd mortgage loans, bridge loans and consumer construction loans, we are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual. Previous mortgage operations experience preferred but not required.
